She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dalton and Betty Dalton; and her siblings, Danny Dalton and Debra Woodson. She is survived by: her husband Joe Rutrough; her son Bryan Morris (Amber); and her grandchildren, Kaylynn, Cameron, Will and Carson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Gardner Funeral Home (202 E Oxford St, Floyd, VA 24091). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the request donations be made to the Floyd County Humaine Society PO Box 862 Floyd, VA 24091, in memory of her beloved Boxers.
