He is survived by: his wife BJ Bauermeister; his daughters, Amanda Pennell and Victoria Pennell; his stepchildren, Ginger Flynn, Robyn Peer, Glenn Bywater and Charlie Belcher; his adoptive sons, Daniel Bower and Tommy Meeks; his caregiver Danielle Ogle; his pets, Stella, Ginger and Claire; Paul, Mary Weeks and Wanda Childs of Zion Lutheran Church.

A wake will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Floyd.
