With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Harris Butt (Forest, Virginia), born in Gladstone, Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Irvin Harris and Emma White Harris; her husband William C. Butt, Sr.; and her brother Pete Harris. She is survived by : her children, Debbie Ayres (Tony), W. C. Butt, Jr., Michael Butt (Sita), Cindy Dearing (Lee) and Mark Butt; and her grandchildren, Steve Clark, Bryan Clark, William C. Butt III, Adam Butt, Michelle Diehl, Randy Dearing, Ashlee Evans, Kendall Morlett and Kevin Butt. She is also survived by five children, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
