With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arnold Wayne Stanley of Forest, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William B. Stanley and Lula J. Stanley. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Tayman Stanley; his sister Bessie Snead of Amherst; his sons, Greg Stanley (Stephanie) of Forest and Patrick Stanley of Phoenix Arizona; his grandchildren, Taylor Boyd (Evan) of Bedford, Jordan Stanley of Lynchburg and Camryn Stanley of Forest; and his great grandchild Harper Boyd of Bedford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Lynchburg Humane Society (https://lynchburghumane.org) 1211 Old Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg VA 24502.
