He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Tuggle and Ethel Dudley Tuggle; his son Brian Keith Tuggle; and his sister Edna Tuggle Hofmann. He is survived by: his wife Martha Snead Tuggle; his son Barry Wayne Tuggle (Jamie); his daughter-in-law Lisa Tuggle; his sister Carolyn Tuggle Perdieu; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Tuggle Ramires (Kyle) and Bryce Tuggle; his niece Patricia; and his nephew Leon Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Timberlake Church (21649 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
