He is survived by: his children, William (Elizabeth), Linda (Nicholas), Dorothy (Ryan) and Donny; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Harrison, James, Henry and Claire; his sister-in-law Susan Baud (Fischer); his nieces and nephews, Laetitia, Damien, Allison and Cassandra; and his pet Velcro.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory-Lynchburg (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Virginia Memorial Park (11490 Forest Rd, Forest, VA 24551).
