He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Parr and Ruthetta M. Parr. He is survived by: his sisters, Gwendolyn H. Hawn and Deborah E. Sullivan; his former wife Kathleen A. Parr; his wife Eileen J. Parr; and his children, Bart T. Parr (Beth A. Parr) and Holly A. Parr.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Bedford Baptist Church (4310 Coffee Rd, Forest, VA 24551). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
