She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa M. Rafferty and Nellie W. Rafferty; her husband Melvin H. Ripley; and her siblings, James Rafferty, Charles Rafferty, Everette Rafferty, Fred Rafferty, Tommy Rafferty, Nellie R. Dryden, Marie R. McCallister and Joyce R. Crostic.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robbie R. Hodges (John) and Joan R. Smith (Jeff); her grandchildren, Natalie Smith (Oscar), Allison Smith (Jim), Valeri Richards (Brandon) and Jamie Rice (Pete); her great grandchildren, Jeffrey of Jesus Gutierrez, Sara Joan Gutierrez-Smith, Julia Estell Downs, Josie Michelle Richards and Austin Marie Dellert; and her cousin Les Blondino Sr. (Linda).
