She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Harper; her sons, Edward Shelton of Catonsville, MD and Jimmy Barbour of Deltona, FL; her siblings, Donald Shelton (Diane) of Gretna and Linda Haskins of Hurt; her grandson Omar Shelton of Sarasota, FL; and her great grandchildren, Amir Shelton and Samir Shelton.
