She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Eugene Lumpkin and Mary Elizabeth Davis Lumpkin. She is survived by: her husband Norman William Mullins; her sons, Mark Mullins of San Jose, CA and Michael Mullins (Kimberly Mullins) of Forest, VA; and her grandchildren, Luke Mullins, Joshua Mullins, Zachary Mullins and Elle Mullins.
The family will receive friends, prior to the service, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
