He is survived by: his wife Shirley Martin Floyd; his daughter Tara Wilmer (David); his grandsons, Travis Wilmer (Kasha) and Kyle Wilmer (Alisa); his great grandchildren, Logan, Jaxon, Kaylee Wilmer and Brayden Collier; his nieces, Kimberly Arthur (Allen), Tami Smoot (Todd), Dawn Hanna (Bobby) and Debbie Adams; his nephew Cecil Floyd Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Eloise and Pat Floyd; his cousin Iris Caldwell; and his goddaughter Caryn Caldwell Brown (Lee).
