He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Duncan Willis; and his parents, Preston Willis and Gay Long Willis. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Hawkins (Patrick) of Forest; his granddaughter McKenzie Hawkins of Forest; and his siblings, Phyllis Seward, Betty Cooke, Kay Willis, JoAnne Coffey, Hopie Irvin, Sandy Micklem, Mike Willis, Randy Willis and Barry Willis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory-Lynchburg (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
