She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Childress and Alice Childress. She is survived by : her husband Melvin Hunter; her daughters, Lori Strickland-Ramey (Casey) and Kristin Mays (Michael); her grandchildren, Nora Strickland, Thomas Strickland, Robert Strickland, Katie Mays and Mackenzie Mays; her great grandchildren, Colton Champion, Danni Gomes and Daymian Gomes; and her sister-in-law Kay Childress.
