She was predeceased by: her parents, Peder Gundersen and Hanna Gundersen. She is survived by: her children, Donna (Jeff), Scott (Joyce), Mark (Beth) and Jeffrey (Becky); her grandchildren, Tyler (Armando), Courtney (Kevin), Justin (Katie), Paige, Tanner (Taylor), Cameron (Jenna) and Rachel (Zack); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Emma, Weston, Everly, Luke, Emery and Desmond.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Virginia Memorial Park (11490 Forest Rd, Forest, VA 24551).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Centra Hospice.
