He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellis L. Inlow and Lalla Maude Neely Inlow. He is survived by : his wife Debra L. Inlow; his children, Lisa Wade (Ortiz) of Forest, Mark Inlow (Brittany) of Forest, Richard C. Inlow (Mary Jane) of Wilmington, NC, David N. Inlow (Yan) of Alameda, CA and Jim Withers; his grandchildren, Cassidy of Forest, Landon of Forest, Cody of Forest, Amelia of Forest, Hartley of Forest, Taylar of Forest, Koki (Greg) of Irvine, CA, Koe of Cambridge, MA, Ashley of Berkeley, CA and Taylor of Boston, MA; and his brother Richard M. Inlow of Danville. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.
