He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Haskell Knowles and Patricia Braddock Knowles. He is survived by: his children, Bryce Knowles (Hannah), Cassidy Berthiaume (Caleb), Summer Burley (Logan) and Skylar Lemons (Alex); his grandson Colvin Knowles; and his sister Abby Owen (David). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
