We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2023, at the age of 72, Reginald Randolph Russell of Forest, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Webb Russell and Doris Russell; and his brother Phillip Russell. He is survived by : his significant other Deborah Goughnour; his niece Ashley Dickinson; his nephew Andrew Dalton; his friend Danny Wright; and also Vanessa.
