She is survived by : her husband Leonard John Kurello; her children, Dr. Leonard John Kurello (Vonda) of Brohman, MI, Dr. Phillip John Kurello (Deborah) of Lehman, PA, Brittney Kurello of Clarks Summit, PA and Dr. Anastasia Katany (Joseph) of Forest, VA; and her close friends, Laura Stasio and Mona White.
