Sharon Bowler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2025, Sharon Bowler (Forest, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stuart; and her parents, Harry Sperling and Nelda Sperling. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Clisso (Tony) and Stacie Gaddy (Travis); her grandchildren, TJ Clisso, Alix Clisso, Kerry Cofer (Jordan) and Karlie Cofer Cifuentes (Carlos); her great grandchild Luna Skyler Cifuentes; her sisters, Nelda Fetters (Eben), Melanie Fels (Mark) and Cherie Bock; and her brother-in-law Col. Joseph Bowler (Holly). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (1000 Langhorne Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24503). A burial will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Virginia Memorial Park (11490 Forest Rd, Forest, VA 24551).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or Wounded Warriors Project.
