It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Spence Noel of Forest, Virginia, who passed away on November 10, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Delmar Spence of Lynchburg, VA. and Callie Shockley Spence of Lynchburg, VA.; and her sister Shirley Spence Angus of Madison Heights. She is survived by: her husband Wilson Wesley Noel of Forest; her daughter Amanda Blair Noel (Virginia) of Forest; and her sister Roberta Spence Rhyne of Aurora, Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
