It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Marie Kirby Arthur of Fork Union, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcus Kirby and Maude Southard Kirby of Studley; her son-in-law Allen Perkins, Jr.; and her grandson Michael Perkins. She is survived by: her husband James; her daughter Monica Perkins; and her siblings, Barbara Hansen, Diana Edmunds and Donald Kirby. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
