He was predeceased by: his father Norman Winthrop Paschall; his siblings, Edna Mae, Mary Lee, Gracie Elsie, Frances Marie, Jesse Paul, Thomas Zachary, David Edward Sr., Charles Eugene, Norman Ezekiel and Emil Franklin; and his children, Sonya Annette, Maryann, Corey Lewis and Jesse Allen.
He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Adcock; his siblings, Lucille Rebecca, James Parrish (Linda) and Andrew Roger; and his children, Roxanne Lea Williams (Kevin), Royal Lee Jr., David Winthrop, Rodney Louis, Royshannon Norman (Cheri) and Keith Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
