She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Streety and Ora Streety; her siblings, Jack Streety and Reba Kirby; her son-in-law Rick Birkman; and her brother-in-law Joe Seale.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Lackey; her daughters, Nancy Lou Lackey (Greg Eagle) and Lisa Birkman; her granddaughters, Ruth-Ann Toups (Nick), Elizabeth Shires (Ethan) and Ricki Birkman; her great grandchildren, Lillian Toups, Ameila Shires and Aurora Shires; her sisters, Evelyn Seale and Gail Alldredge; and her brother-in-law Ron Alldredge.
Memorial donations can be made to the Williamson County Animal Shelter, 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626 as she was a huge dog and cat lover or The Caring Place, 2000 Railroad Avenue, Georgetown, TX 78626, where she volunteered for many years.
