She was predeceased by: her mother Erma Amelia Hepner Mitchell; her husband James Edward Dinges; her daughter Dawn Dinges; and her brothers, Ronnie Mitchell and Keith Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sister Debbie Mitchell Bonner (Stacy) of Edinburg; and her friend Patsy Mauck of Toms Brook. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Emerson Walters Cemetery (1242 Boliver Rd, Fort Valley, VA 22652).
