She is survived by: her husband Richard Fortner Sr.; her daughters, Carrie Courter (Brian) and Ashley Breeden (Randy); her stepchildren, Richard Fortner Jr. and Tiffany Fortner; her siblings, Ronald Harvey Jr., Debbie Crim and Daniel Harvey; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Aubrey, Dylan, Andrew and Nicholas.
