She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Smith; and her siblings, Carrie Smith and Ernest Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Bryant; her siblings, Rena Britt (John Britt) of St. George, SC, Rydell Smith and Harvey Smith (Janice Brown) of Franklin; her granddaughter Tamiko Bryant of Silver Spring; her close friend Alice Edwards of Hamden; and her cousin Shirley Smith (Lila). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
