He is survived by: his wife Anita Hall Justice; his parents, Jackie Nook (Tim) of Ohio and Garry Justice of Ohio; his son Tyler Justice of Ohio; his sisters, JoAnn Downs (Richard) of Waverly and Alisha Justice of West Virginia; his stepchildren, Danielle Hall and Colin Harrell; and his stepgrandchildren, Addison Joncas, Autumn Joncas and James Cobb, Jr..
