She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Catherine Paynter Parham; and her brother Robert L. "Bobby" Parham. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Edward Simms; her daughter Amy Woolard (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Alexandria (James), Nicholas and Logan (Elisa); her great grandchildren, Madilynn, Kinzley and Preslee; and her siblings, Marjorie P. Garrison, Phyllis P. Futrell (Robert), Dorothy P. Bunting (Mike Silva), Peggy P. Morgan and Richard L. Parham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
