He is survived by: his wife Dee Laine Johnson Eitel; his children, Kathryn Dee "Kandee" Eitel, Charles Henry "Chip" Eitel, III (Judy Haner) and Douglas Elliott "Doug" Eitel; his granddaughter Eryn Melissa Eitel; and his daughter Jewell Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
