He is survived by: his wife Francoise Maurugeon Bailey; his children, Shawnalee Bailey, Jennefer Ambrose (Joseph), Julie Bartley (Chuck Worley) and Phillip Wayne Bailey; and his sister Judy Steinburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
