Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Jane Crear Terrell; and his half-brother Soloman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Blow; his children, Wayne Crear (Lucy), Shellane Demarest (Dean) and Tonya Crear; and his stepdaughter Gail Artis.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (224 S Main St, Franklin, VA 23851). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (318 Hall St, Franklin, VA 23851). A committal service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Southampton Memorial Park (27396 Pretlow Rd, Franklin, VA 23851).
