She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram Thomas Holland and Nellie Gray Fowler Holland; and her siblings, J. T. Holland, Mary Nell Holland Mathias and Judith Ann Holland.
She is survived by: her daughter Glynda Arrington (Mike) of Holland; her grandchildren, Doyle Gillis III (Susan), Stephen Arrington (Savannah), Rebecca McGrath (Trey), Addison Winter and Evan Renee Winter; and her great grandchildren, Micah McGrath, Annabelle Arrington, Levi McGrath, Noah McGrath and Doyle Gillis, IV.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory (206 W 4th Ave, Franklin, VA 23851). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Holland Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM Thursday in the funeral home and suggests memorial donations be made to Holland Baptist Church Building Fund.
