She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Eley and Arthur Eley. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd H. Carr; her daughter Vianne B. Olds (Henry, Sr.); her grandsons, Henry L. Olds, Jr. (Stephanie) and Corey A. Olds (Chonda); her great grandchildren, Cameron B. Olds (Taylor), Alexis L. Olds and Caleb J. Olds; and her godson DeShawn Hunt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
