He is survived by: his wife Nina Banks Fowler; his sons, Jason Fowler (Holly), Travis Fowler (Susan) and Cullen Fowler; and his grandchildren, Caroline Richardson (Dylan), Charlotte Fowler, Jake Fowler and Ian Fowler.
