He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Wright, Sr. and Margaret Barnes "Peggy" Wright; and his brother Stephen Hamilton Wright. He is survived by: his wife Lorelee Wilson Wright; his daughter Catherine Anne Parrish (Brandon); his brother Barky Wright (Kathy); and his sibling's children, Amanda Burns (Colin), Jack Wright, Erich Wilson (Patty) and Denise Foster (Victor). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (206 W 4th Ave, Franklin, VA 23851). The military honors will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
