He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Dodson McKinney and Victoria Lynch McKinney; and his sisters, Mary Jane Murray and Nancy Traylor. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Fancher-McKinney; his stepdaughter Veronica Democko; his siblings, Peggy Moss, Glenn McKinney, John Wayne McKinney and Willie McKinney; and his grandsons, Isaac Bueno and Andrew Bueno.
