She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Vandevander and Willa Vandevander (Armentrout). She is survived by: her husband Reed Ruddle; her siblings, Paul Jr., Sanford, Boyd, Harry, Wanda Lee, Pauline and Ethel; her grandson Joshua Ruddle; her brother Delbert Vandevander (Loretha); her children, Pamela Miller (Dennis) of Broadway, VA, Melissa Weaver (Mike) of Brandywine, Bill Ruddle (Rachel) of Franklin, Eddie Ruddle (Kim) of Franklin and Mark Ruddle (Tracy) of Brandywine; and her caregivers, Brenda, Donna, Frankie, Edith, Jennifer and Cassie. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
