She was predeceased by: her parents, Delsie Whetzel and Olin Whetzel; her significant other Harry Allen Warner; her siblings, Judy Coffman (Dewayne) and Gary Whetzel; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Nicholsen, Tommy Lawson, Harold Miller, Wilson Warner (Rebecca), Doris Bennett (Milford), Shelda Warner and Lisa Warner.

She is survived by: her children, LeeAnn Shreve (Richard) of Franklin, Allen Warner of Beaver, Alisa Warner of Petersburg and Anthony Warner (Laura) of Monterey, VA; her grandchildren, Curtis Shreve, Adrianne Zajicek (Cody), Autumn and Levi Warner; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Owen Zajicek; her sisters, Peggy Nicholsen, Betty Lawson and Donna Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Stella Whetzel, Rachel Ruddle (William) and William Warner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any Pendleton County Rescue Squad.
