He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willard O'Donnell and Geraldine Weaver O'Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Tammy R. Leggett-O'Donnell; his stepchildren, Lee Leggett (Kelly), Krystal Vann (Ryan) and Tyler Wayne Johnson; and his brothers, Ralph, Tim, Ronnie, Steve and Joe O'Donnell.
