He was predeceased by: his father Jack "Pop" Koning. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Biles; his daughter Teri Rakes (Ben); his grandchildren, Ethan Young and Madison Rakes; his siblings, Amanda Booth (Allen), Angie Ciccarella (Scott), Jack Koning and Anthony Carmichael (Gabby); and his close friends, Eddie, Teresa Booth and Casey Dawson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
