She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny L. Fowler; her parents, Alfred Herbert Marshall, Sr. and Jeanette Ellis Marshall; her brother Alfred Herbert Marshall, Jr.; her granddaughter Giana Scott; and her sister-in-law Brenda Marshall.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Keech (Jason) of Franklin, Jessica Scott (Eric) of Franklin and April Eure (Jake) of Franklin; her brother Rodney V. Marshall of Elmira, NY; her grandchildren, Kayla Keech, Trenton Eure, Kodie Keech, Becca Eure, Ian Scott, Ezria Scott, Anani Scott and Gemma Scott; her nieces, Amy Salvitti and Wendy Freeman; and her children, Alexis Salvitti, Skylar Freeman and Reed Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (206 W 4th Ave, Franklin, VA 23851). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to The Elevate Church Building Fund, 23486 Deerpath Trail, Windsor, VA 23487.
