He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Henry "Sam" Barnes, Sr. and Gwendolyn Berry Barnes; his sister Rosa Lane Kincaid (Ashby); and his brother-in-law Perry Reynolds. He is survived by: his sisters, Bessie Reynolds of The Village and Mary Lee Warren (Dean) of Suffolk; his niece Karen Kincaid Dunn (Kenny); and his nephews, Charles A. Kincaid, Jr. (Reba), Michael Reynolds (Debbie) and Mark Reynolds.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made Bethlehem Christian Church or CHKD.
