Shirley M Pope Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley M Pope (Franklin, Virginia), who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Wilson Pope; her sons-in-law, Scottie Whitley and Jeff Joyner; and her parents, Howard Milton Maddrey and Tempie Maddrey Campbell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Joyner, Cathy Whitley and Kim Billups (Daryl); her grandchildren, Jason Joyner (Courtney), Mary Johnson (Andy), Michael Whitley, Tyler, Cody Billups and Tim Dunn; her great grandchildren, Timothy Dunn, Hudson, Hunter Joyner, River Johnson, Colson and Ava Whitley; and her siblings, Linda Coggins (Dale) and Ken Campbell (Lynn).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Faithful Workers Sunday School Class c/o Franklin Baptist Church.
