She was predeceased by: her parents, Gholie Seward Burgess and Maria Elizabeth "Lizzie" Newsome Burgess; her former husband Thomas Irvin Bradshaw; Robert Marion Broocke, Helen Beatrice Burgess, Sally B. Francis, Roger, Bill, Lloyd "Happy", Raymond, McCoy, Emerson and Earl Burgess.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark T. Bradshaw (Carol), Timothy S. Bradshaw (Becky) and Dana S. Bradshaw (Toni); her siblings, Ann B. Davis (Wayne), Carolyn Arnsberger (Jerry) and Wayne Burgess; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Burgess and Cecilia Burgess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and suggests that memorial donations be made to The Village at Woods Edge discretionary fund.
