He is survived by: his children, Marchia Bowers of Franklin, WV, Melinda Warner of Franklin, WV and Jimmy Blaine Warner; his grandchildren, Dakotah Charlton-Warner, Cherakei Charlton, Ollie Vickers, Paige Warner, Leo Warner, Britt Hamlin, Marcus Hammer and Merrick Hammer; and his great grandchild Colien Hamlin.
