It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Thomas Shea Jr. of Franklin, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent T. Shea, Sr. and Vivian King Shea; and his sisters, Evelyn S. Huey and Joanne S. Gough. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan S. Williams (Craig), Catherine S. Burgess (Stan), Julie S. Smiley (Chris) and Cynthia S. Panikowski (Justin); his brother Butch Shea (Susan); his grandchildren, Ryan Burgess (Lauren), Olivia Williams, Zach Burgess, Danielle Minguez (Aaron), Adam Williams (Jami), Rachel Bamba (Justin), Joshua Smiley, Brielle Panikowski and Gunnar Panikowski; and his great grandchildren, Brianna Hardy, Serenity Hardy, Brayden Hardy and Easton Burgess.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kingdom Impact Building Fund.
