We are sad to announce that, on August 10, 2025, at the age of 89, Julia Nordstrom (Franktown, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Vakos and Mary Ellamae Hall Vakos; her son Clyde "Chip" William Nordstrom; and her siblings, Jeanne Vakos, Estelle Davis, Grace Dragas, Patricia Vakos and George Vakos.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde Vernon of Williamsburg; her children, Dennis Nordstrom (Katrina) of Hawaii, Michael Nordstrom (Mary) of Indiana, Wendy Kokolis (George) of Florida and Judy Bono (Charles) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Chelsea Tozzi-Condivi (Marty) of Australia, Logan Nordstrom (Kelly) of Charlottesville, Rhys Nordstrom of Staunton, Halle Nordstrom of England, Julie Kokolis of Florida, Demetrios Kokolis (Michelle) of Florida, Marinos Kokolis of Williamsburg, Kaliope Kokolis of Greece, Gabriel Bono of Florida, Hannah Bono of Kansas, Brett Bono of Williamsburg, Christian Nordstrom of Indiana and Alexandra Nordstrom of Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Miles Nordstrom of Charlottesville, Enzo of Australia and Ella Tozzi-Condivi of Australia.
