He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Ambrose, and Anthony Ambrose, Sr.; his brother Vitis Ambrose; and his brother-in-law Craig Schleigh. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ambrose; his siblings, Mary Boxer, John Ambrose (Cynthia) and Michael Ambrose (Michelle); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ambrose, Anita Schleigh (Dana) and Robin Schooler (David). He is also survived by five nephews; and seven nieces.
