She is survived by: her boyfriend Reginald Spencer; her children, Denise Smith (James) of Spotsylvania, Charles Carroll of Independence and Sonya Carroll of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, Jonathan Carroll, Elijah Reed, Demetrius Spady, Kayanna Mincey, Tierra Williams (Will), Desmond Smith, Joshua Smith (Bianca) and Isaiah Smith; her great grandchildren, Amar Carroll, Zaire Smith, Omari Reed, Jahmari Reed, Antwan Poindexter, Kaliyah Poindexter, Rashai Xmier Jaquese Spady and Zavion Luthe-Lemir Williams; her siblings, Larry Bills (Ezella) of Oklahoma City, Lawrence Bills (Virginia) of Bowling Green, Virginia, Vanessa Waines (Wayne) of DeBerry and Tammy Burrell (George) of Woodbridge; and her close friends, Barbara Reynolds of Hustle and Marie Gibson of Richmond.
