She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Triplett and Shirley Triplett; and her brother Tracy Triplett. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, David Blizzard Jr. (Betty) and Crystal DuBose (John (Stevie)); her brother Billy Triplett; her grandchildren, Cassandra (Jesse), Abagail (Adam), Will, Nevaeh and Gabryel; her great grandchildren, Brynlee and Wesley; and her stepgrandchildren, Austin and Hayley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Center.
